Broomsticks and Slippers...say what?

Work continues on my projects list.  Next up was to learn how to do broomstick crochet.

You can crochet stitches over a broomstick handle or large knitting needle or I used a large crochet hook to get the lace pattern.

I made up the lace into two bracelets.

Ellie asked for a simple pair of slippers.  So I ordered a pattern on-line and crocheted up this pair.

My crafting companion sleeping in her chair all bundled up in Miss Mary's goat coat that I had to repair.
